Tempe Movers - ASU & More!
Tempe, Arizona has a special place in my heart. It’s my hometown, where I went to school, and of course the home of our office. I always love moving clients there because Tempe has so much to offer. The University brings a unique mix of scared freshman to the hard-working graduate students. If a client is moving to a town where they will be happy, they are all the more likely to be happy with my movers. Here are some of the reasons why we love Tempe:
- Cool Things to Do While We Move You In
- ASU Students Are Our Specialty
- Great Eats
- Explore Mill Avenue
What To Do While We Move YouMy movers are full-time employees who take great pride in their work. We’re well respected by antiques dealers for our care and attention with their precious, priceless, and fragile items. So, your furniture and valuables are in good hands with us. My Tempe movers are all fully insured, so that you have no need to worry whatsoever. So, take the time when we’re moving you in to get out a bit, check out Tempe! There are ways to stay cool, like the splash pads at Tempe Marketplace or Tempe Beach Park, there are lots of public ppols, there is great shopping on Mill or also at Tempe Marketplace, or you can catch a nice cool movie (or two!) while you wait. There is Shopping for All Kinds of HomesIf you are looking for high-end items for your home, or for yourself, you might want to venture north into Scottsdale to visit Keirland Commons. You can spend the afternoon shopping and dining in the fine cafes and restaurants there. You can find any kind of item you need at Tempe Marketplace – it’s right by the school and there is a Target, Ross, Old Navy and every store you can imagine. We Love ASU Students! And Employees! My Tempe Movers crew is very experienced with working with Arizona State University students. We can quickly and safely move students into or out of their ASU dorm or college apartments. If you’re heading off to study abroad for a semester or two, we will be happy to help them with their storage needs, so that everything is safe and secure until you return to campus. We also are happy to move Maricopa County Community College students as they move towards their degrees. We also offer a discount for ASU employees on their moving charges, so keep that in mind as well!We move lots of students into their dorms, and their parents into different homes as they become empty nesters. While student moves are small, but not insignificant, we also work with larger homes in Tempe. Our trucks and staff are big and strong enough to handle the heaviest old wooden furniture and the most delicate crystal chandelier. If you’re new to town, take a look around. There is a lot to see.Mill AvenueYou can’t talk about Tempe without mentioning Mill Avenue. It has gone through many changes and ups and downs over the years, but it’s still a hallmark of Tempe. At the top of Mill you can see the old Hayden Mill, where the road got its name. It was actually functioning until not too many years ago, believe it or not. You can take a stroll down Mill Avenue, which has a popular shopping district where you can park and walk around to check out the interesting shops and entertainment options there. You may even happen upon a festival, a fun diversion from moving if I ever heard of one. The Mill Avenue bridge is a special attraction. Built in 1931, it spans the Salt River. Since traffic has increased since the 30’s, it is now accompanied by a newer bridge which was built in the early 1990’s. The bridge now goes over the Tempe Town Lake, which has a great water park, you can catch a triathlon or maybe a concert.I know you’ll enjoy your life in Tempe just as much as you will enjoy moving there. My Tempe Movers will see to that!
