Testimonial of the Month!

We appreciate our customers so much, and we love it even more when they appreciate us! We receive a lot of testimonials, and we appreciate them all, but we decided to start featuring one testimonial every month or so.This one in particular really spoke to us because it was such an important move. We recently blogging about moving for seniors and how involved and traumatic that can be, so it was extra-special to us that we received this testimonial shortly afterward. Carol White is a customer who hired us to help move her parents from their home in Sun Lakes to The Renaissance, which are luxury senior apartments also in Sun Lakes. It is hard enough for people to leave their home, but particularly for seniors, since leaving their home signals an end to some measures of independence and can signify aging, and an end to an era. We feel like these things alone are big enough stressors and should be all someone has to deal with. We try to make the move as smooth for these folks as possible.

Dear Roger and Derek,  

Today your fantastic crew moved my parents from their home on Wyoming Street, Sun Lakes into The Renaissance.  I would just like to tell you how pleased we are with your company and these fine men you employ.  While I expected them to be efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous it was such an unexpected pleasure to find that they also cared whether my parents had a chair to sit in, were comfortable and knew exactly what was going on.  They were very speedy, always offered to help me with anything I was doing, were friendly and always working hard!!  They offered to switch things around for me and had us check the rooms before we left the old house and then when they were finished in the new apartment to make sure everything was correct.   I know most people don't write to the head of a company unless something is wrong.  I believe hard working, knowledgeable, honest workers need to be commended for doing something right!    I will absolutely recommend your company to anyone who is moving and I wish to thank your company for helping to make a very difficult move (physically and emotionally for my parents) into such a positive and worry free experience for all of us.
