We pad-wrap each furniture item at pick-up and unwrap at delivery, in the homeowner’s presence. We spread blankets in high-traffic areas to protect flooring and carpet. We willingly rearrange existing furniture until the customer is satisfied with the location of the new piece.
Our trucks and trailers are clean, white, and well-equipped with new pads, dollies and the tools needed for any move. Our Arizona D.O.T.-certified drivers maintain slower speeds to avoid unnecessary damage to the load. We are insured for $1,000,000 in general liability and $100,000 in cargo insurance (10 times what the law requires) for loading, unloading and in-transit.
As an optional convenience to dealers, we can collect our service fee directly from the purchasing customer as a COD item. We provide invoices to the store and/or client, including copies of damage manifests, if applicable. Damage manifests are documented prior to delivery.
